Father’s Day
Woke up this morning after a darn good nights sleep considering we have a brand new pup, Baxter, in the house. This was his first night and he slept from 12 midnight right through 5:30am. I consider this a fabulous omen and have complete faith that my dear little Baxter is well adjusted and a wonderful family member.
I placed lil Baxter on a sleeping Harry’s chest. He awoke with a smile on his face and couldn’t have asked for a better Fathers Day gift.
Kiki however is another story altogether. Baxter bounced into the kitchen, tail wagging to give his big sister a smooch when she snarled and growled prompting Baxter to bounce right back to Harry and I. Oh well, I suppose in time…
