After a certain hour I love nothing more then vegging out in front of the tube. I do notice if my energy 
needs to be of a higher vibration and when that’s the case I refrain. Especially those housewife shows, they can really lower my energy field, so I try to watch those only in moderation. It’s amazing that something so bad for you can be such fun.
I’m watching Russell Simmons on a morning show espousing the benefits of meditation. Of course there are many including a clear mind, lowered blood pressure, enhanced creativity, etc. a list too long to mention.
I was surprised to hear Gale King, one of the hosts of the show say that some people are afraid to meditate because they think it’s too Woo Woo.
As mainstream as I think I am I guess I’m Woo Woo too!!
I love going to the movies! It’s just so fun to sit in a dark theater with a tub of popcorn and a coke while getting lost in a movie.
I’m even happy going by myself because it really is a solo activity. After saying all that it’s been weeks since I’ve been to the movies.
Unless I want to see apes masquerading as men there is nothing out there with good reviews, and as fun as Planet of the Apes was the first time around, I think my interest in that fantasy has waned.
I feel so fortunate to be able to work at something I’m passionate about. Although there are parts of what I do, like the tech stuff, that are a necessary evil. Thank goodness I have a wonderful “everything person” that does just that, everything! Thank you Sarah 🙂
I’m putting my latest Visualization book up on Kindle soon. Finding a usable picture of a pretty baby has proven to be a challenge. Considering all the gorgeous children out there it never occurred to me that actually using their images in a commercial project wouldn’t be something I could easily do.
