Abandon Negativity, Adopt a Positive Attitude!
You get out of life what you expect out of life. That’s what the Law of Attraction is all about. You cannot expect to live a positive life, if your glass is always half-empty; you need to operate with a positive attitude.
Having a positive attitude requires you making a decision. A decision to become very aware or conscious of your thinking and vigilantly redirect it towards what you want. Redirect towards things that make you feel good. You need to notice when you’re putting your attention on what you don’t like about what you have or your fears of the future. When you believe that everything is going to turn out well before it actually happens, that is actually how it happens. It’s your belief that powers the Law of Attraction.
Keep your energy field charged with a positive attitude
A positive outcome is the direct result of a positive attitude. “You get out of life what you put into it”, is a saying we’ve heard for years, but what it really refers to is your energy field. The things that show up in your life are a match to your vibration or frequency. Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and focusing on what makes you feel good and feel happy keeps your energy field high. This will begin to change everything around you for the better and the evidence will begin to show itself very quickly.
According to a study from ABC News, done by Dr. Anjuli Srivastava and others:
“Happiness has been correlated with better health, both in individuals and communities. Some studies have even suggested that states of happiness may be associated with lower stress-related hormones and better immune function. @krash63 pointed out that “there’s a growing body of evidence of well-being [as] a protective health factor and a predictive health factor”, and @renjain agreed that “happier people can live longer, healthier lives.”
Moreover, Dr. Malissa Wood of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston noted that
“Women in a Happy Heart Study became happy and content while improving heart risk. Data show that positive mood, optimism and humor are linked to better health and well-being.”

You are so much more powerful than you may realize. A change in your thinking and an awareness of what you’re thinking can bring about happiness, love, excellent health and abundance. How empowered you’ll feel when you realize that you hold the key to turning your life around completely and living exactly how you’ve always dreamed of living. You do hold those keys and in order to grab them, you must make a commitment to thinking positively. You need to know that everything you want can and will come to fruition.

The results of having a positive attitude can be extraordinary!
An amazing story of an individual who changed her thinking, resulting in improved health and happiness is Anita Moorjani, who documents her journey in her book “Dying To Be Me”.
