This is How to Manifest- and what you actually bring into your life
You want to know how to manifest and yet you don’t really understand the principles. For all of you that saw The Secret and have read a little about The Law of Attraction; they left a few things out! It’s a bit more than they’re telling you.
The Law of Attraction simply says that you attract things that are equal to your energy field. For some reason many believe that saying a few affirmations during the day is going to make their dreams come true. Then when they don’t materialize quite that easily they give up thinking this is a bunch of nonsense. Oh, my friend, but it’s not.
You see the most important thing for you to understand about manifestation and how to manifest is that you don’t necessarily get what you want, you get what you are. Is that simple enough? So, you are trying to manifest that raise but deep down inside you don’t believe you are worthy of it, or, you are damning your company for being unfair to the employees. You see what you are? You’re the one not believing in you. In order to manifest you have to tackle what you are, before getting what you want.

We are always manifesting. Each thought we have creates an energy flow within and around our physical beings. This energy attracts its likeness. So if you’re thinking, “I suck,” then your energy kinda, well, sucks — and you attract sucky experiences.
So in order to really use manifestation principles effectively to get what you want you have to become that. That means that any deep down beliefs that are contrary to what you are manifesting must be broken through and obliterated.
If you want to know how to manifest; understand your beliefs
I want you to think about this. Where did your beliefs come from? Looking back at those early caregivers, parents, teachers, clergy, were they always right? So they influenced you to have certain beliefs about life and most importantly yourself right? Doesn’t it make sense that some of those deeply held beliefs are erroneous?
There are two things that you must take very seriously before learning how to manifest to change your life
- Take responsibility for what shows up in your life.
- Question your deeply held beliefs.
Once you begin to take responsibility for the things in your life that you’re not overly thrilled with, I mean really “own” it then a sense of power begins to develop. You see if you could manifest those things, then you’re a powerful manifester right?
Understanding that you may have some less than positive beliefs about yourself is the next important step. Now you can look for and face those beliefs. The ones you pretend you don’t have. You see, you really can’t hide because everything shows up in one way or another. So, how to manifest more positive beliefs? Start with understanding what beliefs are powering your current life.
You can learn how to manifest in a more positive and fruitful way
Don’t despair once you admit to yourself that you aren’t feeling all that great about yourself. That’s powerful stuff and the best beginning to changing that! You’re now taking responsibility for what shows up in your life. This will cause you to question what belief or feeling you could be having that is creating your life circumstances.

I also enjoy Wayne Dyers treachings among others , I watched his movie called the shift and I was hooked.I have been trying to work the law of attraction for almost a year now but always fall off and lack and doubt , I need to shift these thoughts and feelings and stop focussing on what I don’t want.So we attract what we are and not what we want ? , so why do loads say attract what you want ?.I feel stuck on a lot of things and always let worry creep in , I try my visualizations and write down my gratitudes and affirmations but still no results.I have made a decision I am gonna keep at it and say my affirmations everyday until it’s logged in and hoping that I should start to feel and act differently soon , I know patience , belief and consistency is key but what else should I do ?.

Thank you Lorane. I agree, Wayne Dyer is so right - “you don’t manifest what you want, you manifest what you are.” Thank you for explaining energy and that our beliefs create our own energy field.
